This CRAZY hot pink spectacular biomorphic Murano glass bowl, candy dish, or ashtray (there are four folds on which to rest your smoking material of choice) will absolutely blow you away! I believe that the source of all this delicious hot pink, purple and periwinkle blue drama is Neodymium/Alexandrite, which changes in and out of purples and blues with the light. The hot pink glass rim gradually blends (sfumato!) into the Alexandrite, and the photos clearly show the magical results. Archimede Seguso used Neodymium/Alexandrite combined with other colors and the indentations in the bowl's bottom (they're not bubbles) is also remnicent of his work. Nevertheless, without a label or a sighting of this design with a label, any attribution can hardly be definitive. What you need to know is that this amazing beauty is in mint condition and the perfect gift for someone you're trying to impress.
